Emily's alarm awoke her with a start. Wha? She then realized she had to work this fine Saturday. Sitting up, the sun flooded through her window, blinding her a bit. She groaned, standing up and grabbing clothes. A quick shower was definitely in order. How could you stand being dirty?

After her shower, she finished getting ready. It didn't take all that long. Grabbing her car keys and her Sidekick, she headed out to her car. Once in it, she started it and drove off. The drive was pretty short, only taking ten minutes or so. Any longer probably would have bothered her, since car rides weren't her favorite thing, even if Emily was driving.

Once at the mall, she turned off the car and got out. Sighing, she realized what today would have in store for her. A bunch of posers going into the store, wanting shirts for bands they didn't even like. It bothered her so much. Well, it's your favorite store and you wanted the job. Deal. Her feet led her into the mall, and to Hot Topic shortly after.

Walking into the store, she saw the just oh so welcoming faces of her fellow employees. Not. It was a Saturday morning, no one wanted to be there. She punched in, then did what she was supposed to. I hope no one annoys me.
