Welcome to New York City
Yes, we do have a good life, so you say. We aren’t those kids that take things for granted, or maybe we are. What can we do about it though? It’s not our fault our mommies and daddies are filthy rich. That’s why we are here, at Benefit Academy. One of the most prestigious school’s in the nation. Don’t think everyone could afford it though, even though the tuition may seem like a dime in my pocket, doesn’t mean everyone sees it the same. Few are on here for academic scholarships.
Those who can’t get here though, stay on the lower side. You could say that Uemura Academy is just as qualified, though all of us at Benefit know otherwise. They are just a bunch of asses, which are completely brainless. After all, they did try and ruin our school. As if. I’m not even going to get into that, or else we’d be here all day. If you really want to know though, ask anyone at Benefit they won’t mind trash talking Uemura.
Yet, when Benefit and Uemura aren’t at each other’s necks, they are at their own. That’s where I come in. On the outside of the girl’s painted faces, and the guys letter jackets, each school is facing more of a controversial issues than the other schools. It’s common knowledge that in High School we have are little groups of people. One group rules the school. It really doesn’t matter what we call them, as long as you know who they are. They are the kids you want to be, no question. Sure, you may deny it, but everyone wants their slice of attention, and they just happen to hog it all. They may not mean to, but they have it. Those who want a shred of that light will do anything to get in. Even if it means backstabbing a friend, or spreading a rumor. Though that is daily life, it’s causing both schools to waste away. And when the two schools are in shambles, how can the schools compete? They can’t. They’ll all be to busy building up their social structure again. I’m just here to speed up the process.
